Inline content allowed inside MDI’s nestable bracket macros (em, no-break, warichu, kern). Per SYNTAX.md “Inline Nesting”: ruby, tate-chu-yoko, and other bracket macros may appear inside these, alongside ordinary CommonMark/GFM phrasing content.
